Ashley Olsen Shows off New Hair Color During New York Outing

The former child star's latest hair transformation comes after recent appearances in New York and two years after welcoming a new addition to her family.

Fashion designer and former actress Ashley Olsen recently debuted a new hair color in public, marking a change from her iconic blonde locks.

In photos uploaded by Just Jared on Instagram on September 19, 2025, Ashley was spotted in New York City looking cozy. She wore a black sweater topped with a green-and-beige scarf, and blue jeans.

She completed her look with a pair of black slides, shades, and a tote bag. Aside from her stylish outfit, the 39-year-old "Full House" star revealed a new ginger hair color.

This shift in hair color is different from the natural blonde locks that she and her sister, Mary-Kate, have long been known for.

While Ashley debuted a new look, both twins have generally kept a low profile in recent years. They were, however, spotted attending the W Magazine and Bloomingdale's party at Eleven Madison Park on September 11 during New York Fashion Week with Sara Moonves. Both sported oversized scarves and chic attire.

Just days earlier, Ashley also stepped out with her husband, Louis Eisner, at the 25th Anniversary YES Scholars Gala at the Private Club in Bel-Air, California. The couple was joined by Louis's mother, Lisa Eisner.

On the red carpet, Ashley wore a long beige dress, black heels, and gold earrings, paired with a pink sequined clutch. She kept the rest of her look simple with less makeup. Her husband opted for a black suit, striped green shirt, and a patterned black tie, while Lisa donned an all-white sequined outfit with a black clutch and sunglasses.

This marked Ashley's first red carpet appearance since becoming a mother. In August 2023, TMZ reported that she and Louis had quietly welcomed their first child, a son named Otto, after marrying in 2022.
