While attending the Breast Cancer Research Foundation’s Hot Pink Party at the Glasshouse in New York City, the actress spoke about her romance with the country singer and why life with him feels surprisingly natural despite their different backgrounds.
Hurley and Cyrus first announced their relationship in April 2025 and have since given fans occasional glimpses into their life together through social media posts and public appearances.

Elizabeth Hurley Says Tennessee Feels Familiar to Her
During the event, Hurley was asked whether she ever imagined herself falling for a country music star and spending time on a farm in Tennessee.
The actress admitted it was not something she had specifically envisioned, but she explained that Cyrus’ lifestyle is not as different from hers as some people may think.

“I hadn’t really had that foresight to have that, but funnily enough, the farm in Tennessee is very similar to my farm in Gloucestershire, so in a way it kind of feels normal,” Hurley, 60, said about Cyrus, 64.
Hurley owns a farm in Gloucestershire, England, and noted that the similarities between the properties have made the transition feel comfortable.

Damian is Hurley’s only child. She shares him with late producer Steve Bing, whom she dated in 2000.
