Inside Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's $6.5M 111-Acre Australian Farmhouse
They own homes in New York, Los Angeles, and Nashville — but Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s most personal property may be a 111-acre farm in Australia.
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban maintain properties across the globe, including homes in New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, and Sydney. But it’s their 111-acre farmhouse in Australia’s Southern Highlands that offers the couple a quiet retreat from public life.

Located in Bunya Hill, New South Wales, the estate was purchased in 2008 and is now valued at AUD $6.5 million, according to Insider. Kidman, who grew up in Sydney, has often spoken about her connection to the area.
In an interview with Vogue, she described enjoying "the simplicity, the air, the peace" of the property, which she shares with Urban and their two daughters, Faith and Sunday. The working farm is home to alpacas, cows, and goats. Since acquiring it, the couple has added an 18-meter swimming pool, a gym, and a full-sized tennis court.

The main house features traditional sandstone verandahs, pressed metal ceilings, and a grand carved cedar staircase. Ten original marble fireplaces remain, adding to the property's historic character.
In a video for Vogue's "73 Questions," Nicole Kidman gave a glimpse inside the home, revealing rooms rarely seen by the public. One game room includes a central pool table, sash windows, green overhead lights, and a wooden dresser—elements that reflect the home’s old-world design.
Beyond Bunya Hill, the couple also owns multiple properties in Sydney’s Milsons Point, including a combined penthouse apartment in the Latitude building. In 2021, Kidman added a sub-penthouse with harbour views to the collection.
Outside Australia, their portfolio includes a 20-room mansion in Nashville, a Beverly Hills home, and a designer duplex in New York's Chelsea neighborhood.
