Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce took the internet by storm last year when they announced their engagement in a rare, headline-grabbing Instagram carousel. Since then, chatter surrounding the wedding planning and its finer details has been nonstop.

Fans are asking all the big questions: When is the wedding? Who is invited? Where will it be held? The couple have been understandably tight-lipped about their big day, keeping everything shrouded in mystery.
Their silence, however, has only fueled speculation among Swifties. Earlier this year, one insider told Page Six that the couple plan to wed on July 3 in New York City — though neither Swift nor Kelce have confirmed anything.

Swift is known for hosting iconic, celebrity-studded Independence Day parties at her estate in Westerly, Rhode Island, and New York feels fitting given her well-documented love of the city.

That said, fans have floated a few other possible venues based on past interviews and even Swift's own lyrics. Here's a rundown.

1. The Jersey Shore
The "Cruel Summer" singer spent many of her childhood summers in Stone Harbor, New Jersey. "That's where most of my childhood memories were formed," she told Vogue in 2012, describing it as a "cute little harbor town."
"We lived on this basin where all this magical stuff would happen," she shared. "One time a dolphin swam into our basin. We had this family of otters that would live on our dock at night. We'd turn the light on and you'd see them, you know, hanging out, just being otters."

2. Nashville, Tennessee
Swift relocated to Nashville at 14 to chase her dream of becoming a country musician. She still owns property in the city and once opened up to Time about her fondness for Radnor Lake.
"I've had some of my best days walking there with my dad, talking about life," she said. A city where her career first took root would make for a sentimental and symbolic choice.

3. Cleveland, Ohio
Cleveland is Kelce's hometown, and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end has been showing the city plenty of love lately. He recently became a minority owner of the Cleveland Guardians, the city's baseball team, and brought Swift along to a Knicks-Cavaliers game there.
"This is some of the coolest stuff I've ever been a part of," Kelce said on his podcast, referring to the Guardians.
He went on, reflecting on the deep nostalgia he carries from watching the Guards growing up, noting that those formative years in the '90s and early 2000s instilled a lasting loyalty to the team — even if life hasn't allowed him to return to Cleveland as often as he'd like.

4. New York City
Swift made the move to New York City in 2014 after years of dreaming about calling it home, and her affection for the city has only deepened since. Even Kelce has spoken about his own fondness for it, describing the "electricity" of simply walking its streets.
With both of them head over heels for each other and for the city, New York might just be the frontrunner.
