The office explained that while this classification "presents a more aggressive form of the disease," it appears to be "hormone-sensitive," which allows for effective treatment.

"The President and his family are reviewing treatment options with his physicians," the statement concluded. Following this news, People reported that King Charles III had penned a personal note of support for Biden.

The contents of the message remain private; however, the gesture is significant as the King is also undergoing cancer treatment after revealing his diagnosis in February 2024.

The specific form of cancer that King Charles is facing remains undisclosed, but Biden expressed his worry for His Majesty when the news broke. "I'm concerned about him," he told reporters.
