Per reports, Liam Payne's former girlfriend, Cheryl, has been named the administrator of his $32.2 million estate, along with his attorney, Richard Mark Bray. Payne died without a will.

According to court documents, the gross value of the singer's estate in the United Kingdom equals $38 million, making his net value approximately $32.2 million.

Estates in the UK are normally issued to the deceased's lawful spouse, if unmarried, to their nearest next of kin. According to a report, Cheryl and Bray will "manage the money, but they currently have limited authority and cannot distribute it."

In the UK, when someone passes away without a will, their kids typically inherit the estate if there is no wife, husband, or civil partner.

Payne and Cheryl dated from 2016 to 2018 and they shared eight-year-old son Bear, whom they welcomed in 2017. In the wake of the news of her being named as executor, insiders have shared how she will safeguard the estate for the sake of their son:
