
Kim Kardashian Has Nail Mishap at 2025 Met Gala Entrance
The reality personality's attendance at this year's Met Gala marked her 12th gracing the iconic steps—and despite a small mishap during her entrance, she appeared to recover quickly.
Kim Kardashian was among the long list A-list celebrities in attendance at the 2025 Met Gala, celebrating Black dandyism with the theme, "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style."

Kim accessorized with dramatic layered diamond necklaces and a bold black hat, styling her hair in sleek waves. As always, the businesswoman stole the spotlight on the red carpet.

However, a short video montage shared online showed her having a slight wardrobe malfunction. While adjusting her top, one of her nails popped off and fell onto the steps.

In the clip, Kim remains calm as a man—who appears to be an usher—discreetly picks the nail up and hands it back to her. The following clips show her with the nail reattached as she continues posing for photos before being helped up the steps.

Viewers took to social media to share their reactions. "Rich people using press on nails. I feel important now," one person commented. "Press on nails is wild," another wrote.
