The former soccer champion was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Friday, June 12, presented by none other than his wife Victoria and longtime friend Tom Cruise.
The couple were joined by three of their children — Romeo, 23, Cruz, 21, and Harper, 14 — all of whom arrived at the prestigious ceremony dressed to impress.

David cut a classic figure in a well-tailored navy suit, paired with a light blue dress shirt, a navy tie, and a white pocket square. Black leather oxford shoes completed the polished look.
Victoria turned heads in a fitted long-sleeve gown in a muted lavender-grey tone, its asymmetric hemline adding a subtle fashion-forward edge. She finished the look with purple open-toe heels that tied the color palette together and diamond drop earrings.

Romeo opted for a sleek dark brown double-breasted suit worn over a white dress shirt, forgoing a tie for a sharp yet relaxed feel, and finished with dark brown leather loafers.
Cruz took a slightly more laid-back approach, pairing a white dress shirt — left casually open at the collar — with wide-leg black trousers, brown leather loafers, and dark tinted sunglasses.

Harper, meanwhile, charmed in a pale pink satin slip dress with a V-neckline and midi-length hem, layered with a coordinating loose-sleeved jacket. She added a playful contrast with strappy light blue embellished heeled sandals.
Romeo's girlfriend Kim Turnbull and Cruz's partner Jackie Apostel were also in attendance. One notable absence, however, was David and Victoria's eldest son Brooklyn, along with his wife Nicola Peltz.

The gap in the family portrait was hard to ignore given the highly publicized rift that has come to define the Beckham household in recent months.
Tensions had been building for some time before Brooklyn made a series of explosive allegations via Instagram Stories in January, accusing his parents of working "endlessly to ruin" his relationship with Nicola — even before their wedding.

He also claimed they placed their "public promotion and endorsements above all else" and alleged that Victoria and David attempted to "bribe" him into "signing away the rights" to his name ahead of the ceremony.
Further claims included accusations that Victoria had "hijacked" his wedding dance with Nicola and "danced inappropriately" with him.

Victoria addressed the situation with characteristic restraint in April. "I think that we've always — we love our children so much. We've always tried to be the best parents that we can be," she told the Wall Street Journal.
"We've been in the public eye for more than 30 years right now, and all we've ever tried to do is protect our children and love our children. And you know, that's all I really want to say about it."

Against that backdrop, David's acceptance speech carried an added weight. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to those who have shaped his life and career — beginning with his family.
"My parents and my sisters, who always supported my dreams. Victoria, my amazing wife for almost 30 years. Without whom, none of this would be possible or as enjoyable. And my beautiful children, who are the reason that I get out of the bed in the morning," he said.
He grew emotional as he addressed his children directly. "I hope you bring my grandchildren here one day and tell them about a boy who dreamed big. To make you all proud is my greatest achievement. I'm so grateful for you all, thank you, and thank you so much for this honor, L.A., it means so much."
