MJ, mother to Kardashian-Jenner "momager" Kris Jenner, died at age 91. Born in 1934, she passed just shy of her 92nd birthday on July 26. Kris, 70, shared the news on Thursday, July 16, via Instagram, writing:

A cause of death has not been disclosed. MJ made numerous appearances on the family's reality programs since the Kardashian-Jenners first entered the spotlight with "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" in 2007.
Over the course of the show's many seasons, MJ built a fanbase of her own, thanks to her sharp wit and no-nonsense wisdom. She often poked fun at her family's lavish lifestyle and spoke candidly about surviving cancer twice, a resilience the family deeply admired.
MJ had two children, Kris and Karen Houghton. Karen predeceased her mother, passing away from cardiac arrest in March 2024 at age 65.
