Madison Beer Takes Sweet FaceTime Call From Justin Herbert During Soundcheck

The social media personality-turned-singer gave fans an unexpected glimpse into her relationship with Justin Herbert when the NFL quarterback called her during a pre-show soundcheck on her Locket Tour.

Madison Beer, who is currently on her Locket Tour, shared a brief but affectionate moment with Justin Herbert before turning her attention back to the fans in front of her. The exchange quickly became another public snapshot of a romance that fans have followed since last year.

Madison Beer Answered Justin Herbert's Call During Soundcheck

The singer, 27, was speaking with fans during a VIP soundcheck when Herbert, 28, called her on FaceTime. The moment was captured by an attendee and later shared on TikTok, where fans reacted to the couple's brief exchange.

In the clip, Beer smiled as she spoke to the Los Angeles Chargers quarterback. She told him before ending the call:

"It's okay! I love you. I'll see you in a few minutes."

After hanging up, the "Make You Mine" singer explained why Herbert had called in the middle of the soundcheck. "He was outside playing catch with everybody, and we didn't say 'bye' before," Beer told the audience.

The sweet interruption came as Beer continued her Locket Tour, which supports her latest album, "Locket." The tour's European leg is set to run through May 31, followed by North American shows from June 8 to July 13.

Their Relationship Became Public in 2025

Beer and Herbert first sparked romance rumors in August 2025, when the quarterback was seen with her on the set of a content shoot. Later that month, the pair was photographed walking together in Los Angeles.

Their relationship was later confirmed in October 2025 after they were seen kissing on the sidelines at SoFi Stadium during the Chargers' game against the Washington Commanders. In a video shared on social media at the time, Herbert walked over to Beer on the sidelines, hugged her, and kissed her.

He then greeted two of her friends before kissing the Grammy-nominated artist once more and heading back toward the field as she smiled. Since then, Beer and Herbert have continued to appear together publicly.

The couple has stepped out for several date nights at sporting events and also attended a Grammy party in January. Before their relationship, Herbert had been romantically linked to NFL reporter Taylor Bisciotti, while Beer previously dated influencer Nick Austin.

Months before her relationship with Herbert became public, Beer opened up about her approach to romance in an April 2025 interview with Cosmopolitan. When asked whether she considered herself a relationship person, the singer said she did.

"For sure. I love people," Beer said. She explained that when she commits to someone, the connection feels especially meaningful because her life can often feel unpredictable. The singer added:

"When I cross that line of 'you're my boyfriend,' it feels really big."

Beer also said she does not believe she has a specific type, joking that humor and connection matter most to her. As a partner, she admitted he can be "a bit needy" and loves attention, but summed herself up simply. "I'm just a lover girl," she revealed.
