Jacob Elordi Flashes Custom Gold Tooth at Sydney Premiere of 'Wuthering Heights'

Jacob Elordi brought a piece of Heathcliff to the Sydney premiere of “Wuthering Heights,” flashing the character’s signature gold tooth on the red carpet. The custom 14-karat cap marked the final stop of the film’s Australia press tour alongside co-star Margot Robbie.

The Australian actor debuted the custom 14-karat gold cap during the final stop of the film’s Australia press tour at Sydney’s State Theatre on February 12.

He joined co-star Margot Robbie on the red carpet, closing out weeks of international appearances for Emerald Fennell’s adaptation of Emily Brontë’s classic novel.

The gold piece, created by Maison Raksha founder Jonathan Raksha, covers Elordi’s right incisor and is the same accessory he wears onscreen.

The cap features two 1.3-mm white diamonds flanking a hand-engraved “C” and “H” monogram representing Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff.

Raksha told Page Six that Elordi requested the characters’ initials but gave him creative freedom with the font.

The jeweler suggested adding the diamonds in star settings “to give the piece a bit of flair,” noting that each stone symbolizes the lovers at the heart of the Gothic romance.

Elordi has subtly channeled Heathcliff throughout the press tour, which included stops in Los Angeles, London, and Paris.

He frequently opted for high-neck collars and sharply tailored suits, mirroring Heathcliff’s transformation from orphaned foundling to gentleman.

In Sydney, he wore a grey suit and dark tie, styled by Wendi Ferreira and Nicole DeJulio, with the gold tooth serving as his most literal nod yet to the brooding character.

Robbie complemented the tone of the evening in an Ashi Studio Couture gown styled by Andrew Mukamal. The 18th-century-inspired corseted look featured a distressed, hand-painted bodice referencing themes of marriage and decay explored in Fennell’s film.

Despite steady rain, the premiere maintained a celebratory mood. “If you haven’t kissed in the rain, you should do it,” Robbie told Refinery29 Australia on the red carpet. “It’s almost Valentine’s Day.”

The pair have spoken publicly about their bond during filming. “I loved working with Jacob,” Robbie said at the Sydney premiere, noting that both actors are Queensland natives. “We had an amazing script and an amazing crew … we just all had so much fun making this movie.”

Ahead of the tour, Margot Robbie also gifted Elordi matching signet rings by Cece Jewellery inspired by the film and its source material. The bands feature entwined skeletons surrounded by roses and thorns, along with the line from Brontë’s novel: “Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same.”

Elordi also surprised Robbie during filming on Valentine’s Day by filling her room with roses.

After the State Theatre event, Robbie and Elordi surprised more than 1,700 moviegoers at the Westpac OpenAir Cinema, appearing before a screening set against the Sydney Harbour backdrop. The audience erupted as the stars took the stage under the night sky.

Written and directed by Fennell, “Wuthering Heights” follows the obsessive love between Heathcliff and Catherine Earnshaw and the decades-long revenge Heathcliff orchestrates after Catherine marries Edgar Linton.

The supporting cast includes Hong Chau, Shazad Latif, Alison Oliver, Martin Clunes, and Ewan Mitchell.
