Sydney Sweeney Channels Britney Spears in Metallic Silver Dress at 28th Birthday Bash

The "Euphoria" star, who celebrated her birthday earlier this month, recently took to Instagram to give fans a glimpse of the star-studded festivities.

Sydney Sweeney turned 28 on September 13, 2025 — and the actress made the most of it. On Monday, September 29, she posted a lengthy Instagram carousel chronicling the highlights of her NASA/space-themed birthday party.

Sweeney dazzled in a metallic silver mini dress adorned with sparkling embellishments and intricate star-shaped details that gave the look a celestial aesthetic. The structured bodice featured a plunging neckline, while the asymmetrical skirt added movement.

The design was strikingly similar to a dress Britney Spears wore for her "Circus" album shoot. The original dress was created by the New York–based couture fashion house The Blonds.

Sweeney completed her glamorous ensemble with strappy silver heels decorated with delicate star appliqués and accessorized with matching jewelry. "Welcome to planet syd 👽🛸🚀," she captioned the post.

Several A-list stars attended her party in spacesuits and extraterrestrial-themed costumes, including Sweeney's "Anyone But You" co-star Glen Powell, Lauren and Jeff Bezos, Wiz Khalifa, Ashton Kutcher, and more.

One person notably absent from the carousel, however, was Sweeney's reported boyfriend Scooter Braun. According to a source who spoke to Entertainment Tonight, Braun was spotted arriving in a Jedi costume.

The insider told the outlet that he and Sweeney are "trying to be as low-key as possible, while still dating and having fun."⁠
