Prince Harry Rejects Claims of Fight with Prince Andrew
Prince Harry has moved swiftly to deny explosive allegations from a forthcoming book that claims he once got into a physical fight with Prince Andrew during a private royal gathering in 2013.
Prince Harry has publicly denied allegations that he was involved in a physical altercation with his uncle, Prince Andrew, more than a decade ago.

The claims surfaced after The Daily Mail published an excerpt from a new book titled "Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York," which alleged that the two royals had a heated confrontation during a family gathering in 2013. According to the book, the altercation was sparked by comments Andrew made behind Harry's back, resulting in "punches [being] thrown" and leaving the Duke of York with a bloody nose.
The book also claims that Andrew referred to the Duchess of Sussex as an "opportunist" and suggested that her marriage to Harry would not last. In response to the claims, a spokesperson for the Duke of Sussex issued a firm denial.
"I can confirm neither of those things are true," the spokesperson told Us Weekly in a statement released on Saturday, August 2, 2025. "Prince Harry and Prince Andrew have never had a physical fight, nor did Prince Andrew ever make those comments about the Duchess of Sussex to Prince Harry."

Following the publication of the story, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have reportedly sent legal letters to The Daily Mail, citing the article's inaccuracies and defamatory nature.
