Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne Reportedly Planned to Move Back to the UK Before His Death
The longtime Hollywood couple had been residents of the City of Angels for more than two decades before the Black Sabbath frontman recently passed away.
English natives Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne reportedly listed their $18 million Los Angeles home for sale with plans to relocate to their home country, the UK.
However, they couldn't move forward with that due to Ozzy's health issues over the years, which tied him to the US. He was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2019.
The celebrity couple lived in LA for more than 20 years after purchasing their Hancock Park home for a reported $12 million. Their plans to go back to the UK were not only halted by Ozzy's health but also by his tragic death.
The singer and songwriter sadly passed away at age 76 on July 22, 2025. His loved ones announced his passing in a statement that read:
"It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love."
Although he couldn't move back to the UK after all the years he spent in the US, Ozzy reportedly spent his final days on his home soil. "Ozzy's final days were spent in England, surrounded by family, music, and in the place he called home. He was in [sic] peace," a source revealed.
