Brooklyn Beckham Covers Tattoo Honoring Mom Amid Rumored Family Feud
The eldest child of the Beckham family noticeably covered two tattoos that were dedicated to his mother, and while some perceive it as a subtle dig at his family amid their rumored feud, a source says otherwise.
Brooklyn Beckham and his wife, Nicola Peltz, did a shoot in April with Glamour for an interview published earlier this week, on Monday, June 2.
The couple both posted snaps from the shoot in their respective Instagram accounts, but the picture that's taken the internet by storm is one of Brooklyn posing shirtless with his tattoos exposed.
The media personality has the words "mama's boy" etched on his left pec, which now appear partially covered by a bouquet of flowers.
Similarly, Brooklyn had a heart tattoo with the word "MUM" on his left shoulder, but this design has been completely covered with a rose and a dragon where the text once was.
The 26-year-old had gotten the latter tattoo at 18 years old. His mother, Victoria Beckham, took to Instagram to show her appreciation for the honor. "Big tattoo! X kisses from NYC!! @brooklynbeckham x #loveyou," she wrote at the time.
Brooklyn's apparent coverup comes amid the rumored rift between himself and his wife, and his family. According to reports, it stems from his disapproval of his brother's relationship with Kim Turnbull.
Although it appears that Brooklyn's new tattoo reveal is solidifying the distance between himself and his family, a source close to the actor said, "Anyone can look at the photo and see 'mama's boy' is still right there, it was never covered up."
