Melania joined the children in the East Garden, where she participated in an arts and crafts session. Children decorated wooden cutouts of the American flag using red and blue markers, glitters, star-shaped stickers, and red, white, and blue pom-poms.

The First Lady wore a crisp white blouse paired with a gold and white pencil skirt as she spent time chatting with the kids and observing their creative work.
