Mariah Carey’s Easter Post Didn’t Sit Well with Her Twins
The mom of two, like many, celebrated the holiday with an egg hunt. She shared photos from the celebrations on her Instagram—much to the dismay of her twins, Moroccan and Monroe.
Longtime songstress Mariah Carey embraced the holiday spirit this Easter, celebrating with her 13-year-olds.

“The greatest gift of being a mom is getting your teenage kids to participate in your Easter hijinks! 🐰🐣💐” she wrote on Instagram. Alongside the caption was a sweet carousel depicting the events of the day.
The singer was dressed for the occasion in a light pink sequined two-piece, featuring a mini-dress and a matching jacket. Accessorized with a bracelet and matching sunglasses, she wore hot pink plushy slippers, and posed with a matching color egg-basket.
Her twins matched in style, both wearing denim bottoms, white tops, and Adidas Sambas in their preferred colors. Their egg hunt featured a life-sized Easter bunny who joined in on the fun. The carousel also includes a photo where they all pose together.
However, almost as soon as the post went live, Monroe commented, “OMG DELETE IT.” Moroccan shared the same sentiments, crying, “Why do you do this to me mom 😭.”
Fans found humor in the twins’ reactions, while others assured them that they looked great. Mariah shares her kids with her ex-husband, Nick Cannon. The former couple was married for six years before filing for divorce in 2014.
