When asked how it felt to find herself in nature, away from the stresses of everyday life, she reflected, "I find it a very spiritual and very intense emotional reconnection I suppose, these environments."

The Princess noted that not everyone has such a relationship with nature. "It is so, therefore, meaningful for me as a place to balance and find a sort of sense of peace and reconnection in what is otherwise a very busy world," she said.

Fields also emphasized the importance of young people having access to the outdoors. He believes it's a space where they can challenge themselves and their limits, and acquire leadership skills.

It's also a place where they make friends and lifelong memories. Fields added that if such an opportunity is provided, it will give rise to a generation that is "passionate about our natural spaces and passionate about protecting them as well."

As the video continues, Princess Kate meets a group of Scouts from Cumbria (1st Ulverston Scouts) and Greater Manchester, all aged between 10 and 15.

Her visit was a surprise, as 1st Ulverston Scouts leader Harry Mitchell shared that they knew they were going to meet Fields; however, it wasn't until halfway through that they learned Her Royal Highness would be joining them.

Mitchell said the children were incredibly excited to meet the Princess. "We had a couple jumping up and down with excitement, one shed a tear," he recalled.

He also shared how Princess Kate enjoyed conversing with the Scouts and getting to know them as she led the youngsters through the challenge of earning their naturalists badges.

At the end of the day, she was the one to present those badges.
