Michael Jackson's Ex-wife Debbie Rowe Spotted in Rare Outing Years After Cancer Battle
The mother of two was seen out and about recently after staying away from the limelight over the years. She was last thrust into the spotlight when she candidly talked about fighting a life-threatening disease.
Debbie Rowe is a nurse best known for being Michael Jackson's former wife. The pair were married from 1996 to 2000 and welcomed daughter Paris and son Prince Jackson together.

Rowe was publicly seen on April 15, 2025, running errands in Palmdale, California, nine years after battling breast cancer. The 66-year-old wore a blue blouse paired with jeans and had on sunglasses for the rare outing.
Following her publicized divorce from the pop musician, the Washington native retreated from the public eye. However, in 2016, she publicly revealed that she was diagnosed with cancer in a candid interview on "Entertainment Tonight."

When asked how difficult it had been to deal with the side effects of chemotherapy, Rowe answered, "Brutal." She further explained:
"Chemo does its best to make you lose your femininity. You lose your hair, you lose your eyelashes, you lose your eyebrows."
Before taking off her wig to show off her bald head, Rowe mentioned that what many people don't realize is that when she takes it off, she is still herself. She expressed:
"I'm still feminine. I'm still a woman, and above all, I'm still a human."
After being diagnosed, she underwent a lumpectomy to remove the tumor and she started losing her hair after the first treatment. Around that time, she still had more chemotherapy treatments and radiation to get through.

Later, her daughter Paris, with whom she reconnected amid the cancer battle after growing apart, announced that she had completed her chemotherapy.
In an Instagram post that's no longer available, Paris proudly shared a photo of her mother holding a sign that read, "Chemo Done!" The model and actress described Rowe as "fabulous."
