Keith Urban’s Last Post with Wife Nicole Kidman, Months Before They Separated
The social media post also marked one of his last public appearances alongside his wife, months before news of their separation made headlines.
On May 8, 2025, Keith Urban became the first recipient of the Triple Crown Award at the 2025 Academy of Country Music Awards since 2010. The longtime country star had all the support he needed when he accepted the honor, with his wife, Nicole Kidman, by his side.

The Triple Crown recognizes individuals who have collected three distinct awards at the ceremony, including New Artist of the Year, Artist of the Year, and Entertainer of the Year, according to a press release.
Urban previously took home the awards for Top New Male Vocalist in 2001, Male Vocalist of the Year in 2005 and 2006, and Entertainer of the Year in 2019. In his acceptance speech, he expressed his gratitude to his wife for her support and gave a sweet shout-out to their kids.
Still riding the high of his achievement days later, Urban took to social media to commemorate the honor with an Instagram carousel of the evening's highlights. The first frame shows a photo montage of the singer getting into his transport alongside Kidman with his trophy.
"TRIPLE CROWN !!! it was a surreal feeling and truly humbling honor to be recognized at the @acmawards last night," he wrote, in part, in the caption. That post became the last time Kidman appeared on his timeline, just months before the news of their separation emerged.
After the ACM Awards, they were photographed together on June 20 at GEODIS Park in Nashville, Tennessee, during a FIFA World Cup match. It was also around this time that they reportedly called it quits.
TMZ broke the news on Monday, September 29, citing multiple sources. According to the outlet, Kidman and Urban have been living apart "since the beginning of summer." Urban has also moved out of the family home in Nashville and is staying in another residence.
