The actress, 58, attended the event at The Academy Museum on Sept. 25 in a black satin dress by Vivienne Westwood. The corseted gown featured draped detailing, which she paired with more than $47,000 worth of jewelry from Logan Hollowell, according to Women's Wear Daily.

The next day, Kidman discussed her position as a global brand ambassador for the luxury skincare company in an interview with Forbes. She reflected on the resilience she has gained throughout her career, crediting years of rejection with teaching her courage and adaptability.

"I've been told 'no' so many times," she said. "It's very much about being brave, trying things, being willing to be criticized, and being willing to not be stopped by that criticism." She added that setbacks have often led her to greater opportunities, saying she remains "grateful" for those experiences.
