Denzel Washington Steps Out in Los Angeles with Wife Pauletta

The decorated film star, who has been married to his wife for more than 40 years, brought her to a special screening of his new film, "Highest to Lowest," earlier this week.

Denzel and Pauletta Washington are still going strong — and it shows! The couple attended the Los Angeles Special Screening of A24's "Highest to Lowest," in which Denzel plays the lead, on Wednesday, August 13.

The event took place at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, where the pair put on a heartwarming display of affection for one another on the red carpet ahead of the main show inside the venue.

For the outing, Pauletta wore a striking orange pantsuit with a structured jacket featuring a high collar and button detail. She paired it with black pointed-toe flats and carried a small black handbag adorned with a gold face design.

Her accessories included several gold bangles and a chunky gold bracelet, with her hair styled in soft curls. The 74-year-old then finished the look with natural, glowy makeup. Beside her, Denzel opted for a casual yet polished outfit, pairing a plain black T-shirt with black trousers.

He completed the look with navy blue athletic sneakers and was clean-shaven for the evening. Prior to their appearance in Los Angeles, Pauletta had also accompanied Denzel to the New York Premiere of "Highest to Lowest." The film debuts in theaters on Friday, August 15.
