‘So Vain!’: Kathy Griffin Addresses Plastic Surgery Rumors

The "Suddenly Susan" alum confirmed she had a third facelift during a recent episode of her podcast. Her confession comes after fans noticed a visible change in her appearance.

Kathy Griffin is setting the record straight. The 64-year-old comedian revealed she had undergone yet another cosmetic procedure during an episode of her "Talk Your Head Off" podcast — titled "New Face, Same Kathy!" — released last Tuesday, August 5.

"Hi everybody. It's me, Kathy Griffin, and welcome back to 'Kathy Griffin Talk Your Head Off.' And I say welcome back because I have a new face, you guys. I had a facelift," she began on the episode, which she dedicated to addressing her facelift.

Griffin said she thought it was "funny" she even had one because, as she put it, "It's not like I'm known for my face." Her confession comes after her recent public appearances sparked plastic surgery rumors.

She shared that her doctor told her that, prior to the procedure, she couldn't be seen in public for three months. "I made it two weeks," she said.

"By the way, this is my third. So, yes, enjoy that Daily Mail," she remarked, referencing a July headline from the publication, describing her new face as "VERY taut."

"But anyway, um, yes, it's my third. I know that's so vain!" Griffin admitted. "I'm so vain for no reason. No one has ever gone to a Kathy Griffin show to see her beautiful youthful face. You come to hear my jokes, which is what I want. I don't want you to come to care what I look like."

The actress shared that in addition to her face life, she also got work done on her eyelids and chin. After her procedure, she stayed at a recovery center before returning home to continue healing.
