The actress happily smiled on the red carpet, sporting a gray blazer paired with black pants and matching boots. O'Donnell's new slimmer frame was evident as the blazer appeared oversized; it was longer in the arms.
In a TikTok video posted in March 2025, the New York native, who once admitted she couldn't believe how much weight she had shed, spoke openly about her journey. "I've lost more weight. I am on Mounjaro for my diabetes, and one of the side effects is you lose weight," she said.

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) is reportedly a medication for type 2 diabetes and weight loss, which is taken weekly by injecting it in the stomach, thigh, or arm. It is similar to Ozempic and Wegovy, and several other public figures have admitted to using it.
