Selena Gomez Shares Reflective Post Ahead of 33rd Birthday

The "Only Murders in the Building" actress took to Instagram to look back on her journey and expressed deep gratitude for the support she has received along the way.

Selena Gomez is beginning a new chapter, and the beloved singer couldn't be more excited and grateful. On Sunday, July 20, she posted an Instagram carousel from what appeared to be a recent bash with her loved ones, including close friend Taylor Swift and fiancé Benny Blanco.

"As I prepare to celebrate my 33rd birthday, I can't help but reflect on the incredible journey that has brought me here. This past year has truly been the most beautiful year of my life, and I owe so much of that to all of you," she began.

She continued, "Thank you for your unwavering love and kindness. Whether you cheered me on from the sidelines, shared in my highs and lows, or simply offered a listening ear, you have made this year unforgettable."

Gomez said she was "extremely humbled" and "insanely appreciative" of all the love that has come her way. "As I step into this new year, I'm filled with excitement and hope for what's to come," she wrote.

She added that she looked forward to creating new memories and sharing those moments in the new year. "MADLY LOVE YOU ALL 🥳," she concluded. Gomez turns 33 this coming Tuesday, July 22.

Among the milestones she reached in her 32nd year is becoming engaged to her partner of two years. The "Same Old Love" singer announced the good news last December on Instagram, sharing pictures of her engagement band. "Forever begins now.." she captioned the post.
