Amy Robach and T. J. Holmes Offer a Fan Cheating Advice Despite Their Own Affair Scandal
The high-profile couple became romantically involved while both were still legally married to their respective spouses. Their affair was later exposed.
A fan recently wrote to Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes in their "Ask Amy and T.J." Yahoo column about a cheating scandal.
"My ex and I dated for five years before we broke up. He cheated on me with my colleague. I was rightfully upset. We had even started to talk about a future and marriage. So I didn’t want to give him a second chance," the message read.
Two years passed, and the fan believes her former partner has made significant changes in his life, and is considering giving him another chance.
According to her, he has been actively following her social media activities and even liking her posts. This leads her to think that he might be interested in her again.
However, the celebrity couple believes otherwise. "All he did was like your posts? You're reading tea leaves. Calm down," Holmes responded. Meanwhile, his girlfriend replied:
"Is he wanting to get back together with you? Are you taking a stab at it?"
Robach doesn't think it's a good idea for the fan to get back together with her ex, adding they broke up for a reason. In addition, Holmes mentioned the fan may be looking for reasons to get back with him, noting she's not exactly sure if he's changed.
This hits close to home for the reporter and the journalist. Both of them have been married twice and their last marriages ended because they, too, had an affair in 2022.
They were outed in November after the Daily Mail obtained photos of the pair holding hands in New York City in May of that year. Robach was still legally married to Andrew Shue while Holmes was married to Marilee Fiebig.
