The mother of four shared a carousel that featured photos from the now-teenager's special day along with a touching tribute post. The message read:
"My little lady is 13 🥺💘 Being her mommy is one of the greatest things I have ever done. She inspires me to be a better person every day. I won't ever have the words for how much joy and love she brings to my life. She is the cooooolessssst 🐞."

Kardashian's former boyfriend, Scott Disick, with whom she welcomed sons Mason and Raine Disick in addition to Penelope, also commemorated her birthday on Instagram.
The reality star penned, "I have no words 2 explain my love 4 the greatest gift in life and that's my peep aleep! Happy bday my love! The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" stars welcomed their only daughter in 2012.
