The mother of four shared a carousel that featured photos from the now-teenager's special day along with a touching tribute post. The message read:
"My little lady is 13 🥺💘 Being her mommy is one of the greatest things I have ever done. She inspires me to be a better person every day. I won't ever have the words for how much joy and love she brings to my life. She is the cooooolessssst 🐞."

Kardashian's former boyfriend, Scott Disick, with whom she welcomed sons Mason and Raine Disick in addition to Penelope, also commemorated her birthday on Instagram.
