The rapper also recently sparked backlash following the release of his latest song, prompting online calls for accountability that ultimately led organizers to cancel his overseas gig.

Lauren Pisciotta, Kanye West's ex-personal assistant, filed an amended lawsuit against him, claiming that he "sexually harassed and assaulted" her on several occasions.

According to her, the events occurred during a business trip in San Francisco. It was shortly after she started working for West in July 2021.

Piscotta claimed that the record producer made unwanted advances at her, including attempting to kiss her on the lips more than once despite her resistance.

She allegedly told him that he was being unprofessional. Following a writing session for West's album, "Donda," he reportedly invited Piscotta to his hotel to discuss the record.

Upon arrival, she claims that he immediately laid down in his bed and insisted that she join him. She "reluctantly" obliged as he praised her work and promised to further her music career.

West allegedly tried to kiss Piscotta again, but she "continued to deflect his advances." He then began to ask questions about her vagina and proceeded to make her even more uncomfortable despite her reminding him that his behavior was inappropriate.

The 36-year-old also claims he "stroked his penis over his pants with one hand and forcibly touched her vagina with the other hand." The filed documents further state, "Ms. Pisciotta immediately told Ye to stop. Ye soon fell asleep mid-sentence. Ms. Pisciotta left the room once Ye fell asleep."

The recent lawsuit comes amid the cancellation of the Slovakia concert, where the 24-time Grammy Award winner was supposed to perform. Event organizers decided to call off the festival following an uproar over West's song release in May 2025, in which he glorified the Nazi leader Adolf Hilter.
