Denise Richards' Husband Aaron Phypers Files for Divorce After Six Years of Marriage
Aaron Phypers has filed for divorce from Denise Richards, officially bringing an end to their six-year marriage, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason.
Aaron Phypers, 52, filed for divorce from actress Denise Richards, 54, on Monday, July 7, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. The filing lists their date of separation as July 4, 2025, and cites "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.
In the documents, Phypers requested spousal support and asked that both parties retain certain assets and debts as separate property. Specifically, he seeks to keep his power tools, motorcycle, and sports car.
The couple shares no minor children. However, Richards had previously stated that Phypers was in the process of adopting her daughter Eloise, now 14. The court filing did not clarify whether that adoption was finalized.
Phypers disclosed that he has "not made income" since shutting down his wellness business, Quantum 360 Club, in 2024. He also claimed Richards earns more than $250,000 per month, citing revenue from her OnlyFans account, television appearances, brand partnerships, and public events.
In a breakdown of monthly household expenses, Phypers reported that the couple spent $15,000 on dining out, $10,000 on groceries and household supplies, $20,000 on clothing, and $18,000 on rent.
Additional expenses allegedly included $15,000 for entertainment, gifts, and vacations; $8,000 for utilities; $7,000 in child care costs for Eloise; $5,000 for maintenance and repairs; $5,000 on laundry and cleaning; $1,500 for transportation; and a $500 phone bill.
The divorce filing comes after years of public appearances and a blended family dynamic. Richards and Phypers married in 2018 after dating for nearly two years.
