"You kept asking about my bathwater after the @drsquatch ad… so we kept it. Introducing Sydney's Bathwater Bliss! A very real, very limited-edition soap made with my actual bathwater," she wrote in the caption.

The product will be available for purchase on Dr. Squatch's website from June 6. The announcement comes several months after Sweeney starred in a sultry bathtub ad for the brand's Natural Body Wash For Men in October 2024.

The ad went viral, especially among the actress's male fanbase, who began begging for the taste of her bathwater. So, Sweeney delivered, producing a bath soap infused with her own bathwater.

"When we were at the [Dr. Squatch] shoot, they had a tub for me. And I actually got in there and I took some soap, and we had a nice little bath and they took the water. So it's my real bath water," she told GQ in an interview published on the same day as the announcement.

When asked if she was at all surprised by the request for her bathwater, she replied, "I honestly think it's a really fun, full-circle moment, because fans always joke about wanting my bath water."

"I was like, 'This is just such a cool way to have a conversation with the audience and give them what they want.' But then also hopefully encourage them to take care of themselves in a healthy way," she continued.

Shortly after it was made public, reactions from netizens began pouring in. "No way this is a real thing 💀💀💀💀," one person remarked. "Geez this is literally sad for humanity 😩," another lamented.

"Sydney honey I love you but I don't know about this," someone else wrote. "Your bills CANNOT be that high girl," a viewer said. Despite the overwhelming negative feedback, some were happy for the actress.

"Thanks, I'll take 100," one person declared, while another said, "I'm a dirty boy fr I need this thanks Sydney 🔥."
