Fans Accuse Meghan Trainor of Ozempic Use Following Recent Public Appearance
The singer recently performed at an iHeartRadio event where she changed the lyrics to her body-positive hit, "All About That Bass," leaving fans divided and sparking discussion about her weight loss transformation.
Meghan Trainor attended iHeartRadio's annual 102.7 KIIS FM Wango Tango in Huntington Beach, California. The event took place last Saturday, May 10, where the singer delivered electrifying performances of her hits.

One of the most notable aspects of Trainor's set was a lyric change in her 2014 hit "All About That Bass." Instead of "Yeah, it's pretty clear, I ain't no size two," she sang, "Yeah, it's pretty clear, I got some new boobs."
Trainor was clearly referencing her new boob job which she showcased on the red carpet. Many were disappointed and felt the change—as well as Trainor's cosmetic procedure and weight loss—no longer aligned with the original message of the song.

In fact, fans took to social media to accuse Trainor of using Ozempic, a medical drug popularized for its weight loss side effects. "Ozempic is over ozempicing 😢," one person lamented.

"We really living in the era of OZEMPIC," another remarked. "All about that ozempic 😍," a commenter said. "Ozempic queen 😍," another wrote.

Still, some came to Trainor's defense, as one netizen commented, "To talk about Ozempic every time a woman changes her image is so [expletive] disgusting and disrespectful. Always judging women's bodies. We have learned nothing."

"'Ozempic ozempic shes too skinny now' [expletive] guys. you are literally making negative comments on a woman's body while also probably claiming you're a body positive person because you aren't fatphobic. do you not see the irony? [sic]" another asked.

Trainor has previously addressed the comments about her transformation. The singer revealed in April that in addition to working with a dietitian, exercising, and making "huge lifestyle changes," she used Mounjaro to assist in her weight loss following her second pregnancy.
Mounjaro is the brand name for tirzepatide, a medical drug used to treat Type 2 diabetes that was approved for weight loss in November 2023 by the FDA. Speaking of using it, Trainor said, "I'm so glad I did because I feel great."
