Kylie Kelce Is ‘Glad’ Husband Jason Kelce Is Throwing Possible ‘Vasectomy’ Into the Universe

The mom of four recently mentioned the former Philadelphia Eagles player's possible vasectomy during a new episode of her podcast.

Kylie Kelce discussed her hopes to expand her family with her husband, Jason Kelce—who openly talked about a vasectomy—during the April 22 episode of her "Not Skinny but Not Fat" podcast.

They recently became a family of six with the arrival of their fourth child, baby Finnley "Finn" Anne Kelce, on March 20, 2025. The couple also share toddler daughters Bennett (2), Wyatt (5), and Elliotte (4).

They announced Finnley’s birth a few days later with an Instagram carousel of the newborn's photos.

During the episode with Amanda Hirsch, Kylie revealed that she and Jason had already been talking privately about the vasectomy.

"My husband was on a podcast recently and was referencing a vasectomy. I was like, 'I'm glad you're throwing that out into the universe,'" she said. Still, it's not something they’ve made a solid decision about.

In fact, the media personality said she'd always wanted four kids and would like one more baby Kelce. Admittedly, at the moment, she is undecided.
