A Day Spent with Patients
The 44-year-old began her visit in the hospital’s Creative Oasis area. There, she joined patients in watercolor painting, creating a relaxed and engaging environment for the children.
Afterward, Meghan spent time with bed-bound patients who were unable to leave their rooms. Her visit allowed her to connect with children facing serious health challenges in a more personal setting.

Supporting “Make March Matter”
The visit was part of the hospital’s initiative, “Make March Matter.” This annual fundraising campaign brings together celebrities, businesses, and the broader community to support Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
The campaign plays a key role in funding care, research, and programs for young patients. Meghan’s appearance helped highlight the importance of the initiative and draw attention to its mission.
This was not Meghan’s first visit to the facility. She previously visited in 2024 during a Literally Healing session, a program that focuses on storytelling and creative engagement for patients. Her return suggests an ongoing connection with the hospital and its work.

Meghan’s hospital appearance came one week after Netflix cut ties with her lifestyle brand, As Ever. "Her show did not go on so it did not make sense to continue the partnership,” an industry source exclusively told Page Six, referring to her series, “With Love, Meghan.”
A Netflix spokesperson said, “Meghan’s passion for elevating everyday moments in beautiful yet simple ways inspired the creation of the As Ever brand, and we are glad to have played a role in bringing that vision to life.”
An As Ever representative added that the company “is now ready to stand on its own” and has “an exciting year ahead.”
Meghan Markle’s visit to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles combined personal engagement with public support for a meaningful cause. By participating in activities and spending time with patients, she helped bring attention to “Make March Matter” while offering encouragement to those receiving care.
