"The decision was made with love and respect," the statement said. "They will continue to co-parent their child together and appreciate privacy as they navigate this transition."
Daddario, 39, wed Form, 57, in June 2022. The couple share a 15-month-old son. Daddario is also a stepmother to Form’s two children, Rowan and Julian, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Jordana Brewster.

Divorce Filing
Meanwhile, Daddario filed for divorce from Form on Friday, February 13, 2026. The filing comes more than three years after the couple tied the knot.
Neither Daddario nor Form has made any personal public statements beyond the representative’s remarks. The message emphasized mutual respect and the desire for privacy during the transition.
Moving Forward
Daddario and Form’s relationship had been largely private. Since their 2022 wedding, the couple kept much of their family life out of the public eye.
In confirming the separation, their representative underscored that the decision was reached amicably. The statement stressed that the couple will continue to work together as parents.
"They will continue to co-parent their child together and appreciate privacy as they navigate this transition," the statement said.
The separation marks the end of their three-year marriage but not their partnership in raising their son. For now, the couple has asked for understanding and privacy as they adjust to this new chapter.
While many celebrity marriages end in divorce, the reality is especially complex when children are involved. As Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form move forward as co-parents, their split joins a long list of high-profile separations, including Nicole Kidman’s, that have unfolded in the public eye.
