Kris Jenner Unveils Dramatic New Hair Color in Rare Style Move

The media personality, who recently opened up about undergoing a "refresher" face lift, stunned fans by ditching her natural hair color for a transformative new look.

Kris Jenner is not afraid of embracing change. The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" alum took to Instagram on Thursday, October 9, to unveil her new platinum blonde tresses alongside celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton.

Appleton styled her hair — which also featured dark roots — into a sleek cut bob with a side part. The transformation was a stark departure from Jenner's natural dark locks, and fans couldn't stop raving about how much younger she appeared.

"God Chris!! U look younger than your daughters!! 🔥🔥🔥," one person exclaimed. "She's pretty and the blonde makes her look so much younger!!" another echoed the observation.

"She found the fountain of youth and told no one 😭😭😭," a third netizen joked. "This girl is no more than 25, I can't 😭," someone else added.

For the outing, the talent manager had chosen a sophisticated yet edgy all-black ensemble. She wore a fitted black leather blazer paired with a matching knee-length leather skirt featuring a subtle front slit.

Underneath, she kept it simple with a plain black top, completing the ensemble with black pointed-toe heels and sheer black stockings. For accessories, she opted for a statement gold choker necklace with a green gemstone pendant, and oversized black sunglasses.

Jenner is no stranger to undergoing dramatic changes in her appearance. Earlier this year, the 69-year-old sparked buzz on social media when fans began taking notice of a refreshed facial glow, leading to speculations about another face lift.

The rumors intensified in May when she accompanied her daughter, Kim Kardashian, to a court hearing in Paris related to Kardashian's 2016 robbery case. At the time, People reported that Jenner had undergone cosmetic enhancements by plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Levine in New York City.

Jenner later confirmed it herself in her September 2025 issue for Vogue Arabia. "I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh," she told the publication. "I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy."

"Just because you get older, it doesn't mean you should give up on yourself," she continued. "If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully – meaning you don't want to do anything – then don't do anything. But for me, this is ageing gracefully. It's my version."

Jenner, who turns 70 this November, shared that she decided to reveal some details about her procedures because she felt it would be inspirational to people who "aren't feeling so great" about themselves. "I have the conviction that sharing these things can be helpful," she said.
