Nicole Kidman Celebrated Her 19th Wedding Anniversary with Keith Urban — Just Months Before The Separation News Broke

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have reportedly separated after nearly two decades of marriage. According to multiple reports, the couple has been living apart since around June. That same month, Kidman marked their 19th wedding anniversary in a sweet tribute.

The actress shared a black-and-white photo of herself leaning on Urban's shoulder as she embraced him. The country singer, with his guitar slung over his shoulder, smiled tenderly as he returned the gesture.

"Happy Anniversary Baby ❤️ @KeithUrban," Kidman simply captioned. At the time, Urban had already kicked off his High and Alive World Tour. That same day, he posted a recap of his previous concert in Clarkson, Michigan — no known tribute on his end.

On Monday, September 29, TMZ broke the news that the pair had called it quits. Multiple sources who spoke to the outlet said they had been living apart "since the beginning of summer."

The insiders added that Kidman has been taking care of their two daughters — Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Maragaret, 14 — since then, and is "holding the family together through this difficult time since Keith has been gone."

Kidman reportedly did not want the separation and has been trying to salvage the marriage. One insider revealed, "Keith has acquired his own residence in Nashville and has moved out of their family home." The family home is also in Nashville.
