Bella Hadid Spotted in Paris a Week After Her Mother Shared Photos of Her in the Hospital

The model was seen in France, looking beautiful and healthy, despite a controversial post her mother had made a week earlier.

On September 24, 2025, Bella Hadid was seen by paparazzi in Paris, exiting a car in stylish clothes and perfect makeup. Just a week earlier, on September 18, her mother, Yolanda Hadid, had uploaded pictures of Bella in a hospital bed, hooked to machines and IVs, in a post that was heavily criticized by netizens.

For Paris, the 28-year-old wore a long, dark brown trench coat with a belt cinching her waist. This was layered over a white-collared shirt, blue jeans, and brown pointed-toe flats.

Her mostly nude-colored makeup was partially covered by dark, stylish sunglasses, and her blonde hair was pulled back with a headband, but flowed in waves down her upper back.

The sighting came a week after Yolanda made an Instagram post. Along with photos of her daughter at a hospital, the 61-year-old wrote, "As you will understand watching my Bella struggle in silence, has cut the deepest core of hopelessness inside me [sic]."

The former star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" explained that her daughter had "chronic neurological Lyme disease," a condition that she deemed difficult for others to understand.

Bella was diagnosed with the disease in 2013, and Yolanda also suffers from it. As a result, she has spent years looking for a solution, and according to her caption, the matriarch looks forward to revealing what they have learned so far.

Yolanda also penned a letter for her daughter in the post, calling her brave and unstoppable in the fight for her health.

"There simply aren’t words big enough for the darkness, the pain, and the unknown hell you’ve lived through since your diagnosis in 2013," she continued. "[...] I am so proud of the fighter that you are. You are not alone, I promise to have your back every step of the way, no matter how long this takes."

The former reality star added that Bella had gotten through another 30 days of her treatment and that she was a survivor. Although her words were clearly from the heart, several netizens criticized the post in general.

"I feel like I was not supposed to see those private moments to be honest," one expressed. Another questioned, "Your daughter is in this condition and your thought is on taking a pic [sic]?" One person echoed, "Does anyone else think it’s weird to post pictures like this?"
