A star-studded yacht trip in Sardinia has sparked buzz after Nina Dobrev and Zac Efron were seen sharing laughs and close moments, just as the actress navigates her recent split from Shaun White.

Nina Dobrev and Zac Efron were photographed spending time together just weeks after news surfaced about the actress's split from her fiancé, Shaun White.

The former Disney star was seen leaning in close to the "Vampire Diaries" actress as she scrolled through her phone during a yacht outing with friends off the coast of Sardinia, Italy, on Wednesday.

The group, which included Chace Crawford, Kelsey Merritt, Miles Teller, and Keleigh Teller, was spotted soaking up the sun on the yacht, swimming, and enjoying the day together.

Dobrev and Efron appeared to share lighthearted, possibly flirtatious conversation, with Efron smiling as Dobrev spoke. Although several friends were nearby, it was unclear whether they were part of the exchange.

At one point, Dobrev wore a floral sundress with her brunette hair styled in loose waves, while Efron opted for a relaxed look in a button-down shirt, khaki pants, and a backward cap.

Representatives for both the "High School Musical" actor and the "Perks of Being a Wallflower" star did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Their friendly interaction comes shortly after Dobrev's breakup with White, which was reported on September 11, 2025. The couple had been together for five years and were engaged for nearly one year.
