Kim Cattrall Steps Out with Boyfriend Russell Thomas in Rare Public Outing

The "Sex and the City" alum and the sound engineer, who have been together for nearly 10 years, stepped out for a date night earlier this week in London.

Kim Cattrall attended Jimmy Choo's "Meet Me At The Bar" dinner on Monday evening, September 15. The actress was joined by her longtime partner, Russell Thomas, at the London gala, and the couple stepped out in style.

Thomas looked sharp in an olive green corduroy suit paired with a light blue button-up shirt left open at the collar for a relaxed touch. He completed the outfit with a bright orange pocket square and dark slip-on shoes.

Beside him, Cattrall looked stunning in a long-sleeved, form-fitting charcoal dress featuring a subtle textured pattern and ruched detailing at the waist. She accessorized with large hoop earrings, an earthy brown suede handbag, and olive-green suede ankle boots with pointed toes.

The outing marked the couple's first joint public appearance in months. They were last seen together at Nina Ricci's Womenswear Fall/Winter 2025–2026 show as part of Paris Fashion Week in early March.

Just days prior, they had attended the Balmain Womenswear show, also as part of Paris Fashion Week. The duo, who met in April 2016, are known to keep their relationship largely out of the spotlight.

Though they've rarely spoken about their romance, Cattrall has opened up about her beau. "He was an actor originally," she told The Times in an interview published in June. "He's had an incredibly interesting life and really done it on his terms."

"He's a bit of a rebel, which I love. We've been together almost ten years now," she added. "And we've had a blast. We've just had so much fun."
