The actress and model, 33, said she began getting Botox and filler at age 21, later undergoing liposuction, a rhinoplasty, and veneers. While she once believed enhancing her looks was necessary to attract men and "survive," she now admits to wishing she could turn back the clock.

"Now, when I see someone and I can tell they've never done anything...I wish I could go back and be that person," Fox said. "I was so hung up on this idea that I needed to be attractive to men so that I could survive."

Fox has made a point of being open about cosmetic work in an industry where procedures are often hidden. "It's super important when you become famous or a public figure to be transparent," she explained.

Despite her history, she noted she hasn't had anything done recently. "I probably will [get more work done one day], but I'm just not as concerned with it right now."

The "No Sudden Moves" star also reflected on aging, acknowledging both fear and admiration for women who embrace it naturally. "There's something to be said about the beauty of an older woman with unaltered features — but that doesn't mean she isn't scared of looking or being older one day," she shared. "That's what I think I'm the most scared of, feeling old, and there are times where I feel old...Tired, over it, disillusioned."

Still, Fox said she's gained perspective with age, even as she continues to navigate pressure around beauty and identity. "When you're young and hot, it's like that's your identity. Then you're like, [expletive], I need to stay young and hot."

Fox’s candid reflections highlight the pressures many public figures face to maintain their appearance, as well as the complicated feelings that can come with reversing course on those choices.
