Katherine Schwarzenegger Gives Peek Inside Dad Arnold’s Birthday Celebration

The 32-year-old author was joined by her husband and siblings for the "Terminator" star's birthday festivities, held more than two weeks after he marked the milestone.

Katherine Schwarzenegger gave fans a peek into her family life over the weekend. The writer shared photos from her father Arnold Schwarzenegger's birthday celebration on Saturday, August 16.

The seasoned bodybuilder turned 78 just over two weeks ago, on July 30, but his family appears to have gathered recently for the festivities. He was joined by Katherine and her siblings, Patrick and Christina, as well as her husband, Chris Pratt.

In the first image of her Instagram carousel, Katherine beams at the camera alongside Christina with a drink in hand. In the second image, Chris can be seen posing beside his father-in-law, with the pair seemingly donning coordinating outfits, even down to their wristwatches.

The thread also featured a video of the Schwarzenegger siblings carrying a birthday cake with lit candles to their dad. "Hello," Katherine says in the clip. "Today, we're gonna be celebrating our dad's birthday."

"Follow us!" Patrick urges with a smile as he joins Katherine, with Christina trailing behind. Prior to the gathering, Katherine had posted a sweet tribute in honor of Arnold's special day on July 30.

"Happy birthday daddy! King opa! We love you!" she wrote alongside a series of pictures with her father, including childhood photos. Arnold also posted a video that same day, expressing his gratitude for the birthday wishes.
