Nick Hogan Pays Tribute to Dad Hulk Hogan in Reflective Message

The 35-year-old TV personality broke his silence just days after his father passed away. He took to social media to share a heartfelt tribute in the WWE legend's honor.

Nick Hogan is mourning the loss of his father and hero, wrestling champion Hulk Hogan (real name Terry Gene Bollea). The WWE star died on the morning of Thursday, July 24, 2025. He was 71.

A few days following his death, Nick took to Instagram to remember his father. He began by expressing his gratitude to everyone who had reached out to comfort him during this time.

"I'm sorry to everyone I have not responded to yet. This has been overwhelming and extremely difficult," he shared. "Hearing so many kind words and stories about my dad's life, interactions and experiences with everyone has been incredible and comforting."

He continued, "My dad was the most incredible person I've ever known and will always be my hero. He was the most kind, loving and amazing father anybody could ask for. I feel so blessed to have had the greatest dad in the world."

Nick added that Hulk was not only "the best dad," but also his mentor and best friend. "He always has been my best friend and I love him and miss him more than I could ever explain," he wrote.

Nick also shared that he seized every opportunity to express his love and appreciation for his father. He revealed that he had spent a lot of time with Hulk after moving back to Florida to be closer to him.

"I am so grateful for those memories. They are the best moments in my life. I would do anything to have him back but I know now that he will always be watching over me," Nick said, promising to lead a life that he knows would make Hulk proud.

He concluded, "Thank you for being the best dad in the world and thank you for being my best friend. I love you so much Big Dog and I will miss you forever."
