First Look: Anne Hathaway on the Set of ‘The Devil Wears Prada 2’
Filming for the second installment of the cult-classic began at the end of June, and "The Princess Diaries" star is looking stylish as ever as she reprises her role.
Anne Hathaway is returning as the beloved Andy Sachs in "The Devil Wears Prada 2, and fans now have a first glimpse at what to expect from the eagerly-awaited flick, slated for release in May 2026.
The actress was spotted in Manhattan while filming on set on Monday, July 21. For the first look, Hathaway keeps it casual yet chic in a white tank top layered with a black vest, paired with a long light-wash denim skirt.

She accessorizes with oversized black sunglasses and carries a newspaper, exuding effortless street style. For her second ensemble, she opts for a more polished vibe in a pinstriped sleeveless vest and matching high-waisted trousers.

She finishes the look with black heeled boots and layered necklaces. In her third outfit, Hathaway sports a breezy, colorful mosaic-print maxi dress. She accessorizes with a cream bucket hat, layered pearl necklaces, and oversized sunglasses.

In the photos, she can also be seen rolling a navy suitcase and carrying a Runway garment bag. Runway is the fictional magazine run by Miranda Priestly (portrayed by Meryl Streep) in the film.

Although Hathaway's character, Andy, abandons fashion journalism at the end of the first movie, this sighting might hint at a possible return to the magazine. Andy was also engaged to her boyfriend, Nate, but she doesn't appear to be wearing either her engagement or a wedding ring.
This might be in line with the fact that Nate, previously played by Adrian Grenier, won't be returning in "The Devil Wears Prada 2." This was confirmed by The Hollywood Reporter earlier this month.
