LeAnn Rimes’ Teeth Fell Out Mid-Concert; Fans Show Support

The country crooner had a show in Washington when the mishap occurred. She recounted the experience in a recent Instagram post, and fans praised how she handled the situation.

LeAnn Rimes was performing at The Skagit Casino Resort in Washington over the weekend, on Saturday, June 21, when she suddenly bolted off stage: the singer's dental bridge had become detached.

She recalled the experience the following day in an Instagram video, and despite the nature of the incident, Rimes laughed it off and maintained a positive outlook.

"Okay, we're going to do a little story time about how the show must go on. And this is the most epic example of how the show must go on," she began.

"So last night, I was on stage in the middle of 'One Way Ticket.' I feel something pop in my mouth. And if you've been around, you know I've had a lot of dental surgeries, and I have a bridge in the front. It fell out in the middle of my song last night," she explained.

Rimes said she panicked and said, "Hold on," before running to the stage wing to reattach it. Upon returning, she finished her song and laid out the situation to her audience.

She joked that for the rest of the show, she had to keep readjusting her dental bridge "every couple lines" to keep it in place. Rimes said it "was the most epic experience ever."

"I don't usually have firsts in my career. That was a first and hopefully a last. I hope my teeth stay in tonight. We shall see," she reflected. Then she joked, "The front row, get ready for something to fly out. If you catch them, please return them."

Upon seeing the video, fans quickly flooded her comments section with praise, commending her professionalism and honesty. "You are amazing and so real. You handled it perfectly!" one fan exclaimed.
