Fans Gush over Carrie Underwood’s ‘Alice in Wonderland’ Look on ‘American Idol’

The longtime songstress, who won the singing competition in 2005, opted for a dreamy aesthetic for show night on Sunday. She also enjoyed the evening with her mother.

Carrie Underwood honored Disney Night on "American Idol" last Sunday, May 11, 2025 (Mother's Day), with an "Alice in Wonderland" inspired outfit.

The ensemble featured a sheer white blouse with large ruffled sleeves and floral detailing. She paired it with a light blue high-waisted skirt that transitioned from shimmering detailing to soft ruffles. Underwood completed the look with a black headband adorned with a bow.

Upon seeing her Disney ensemble, fans flooded social media with compliments. "As stunning as always - the epitome of class and elegance 😍 Happy Mother Day's ❤️ [sic]," one person wrote.

The singer also shared a photo posing with her mother, Carole Underwood. "So glad to have my mom with me on @americanidol tonight! I'm missing my boys, but she made this Mother's Day extra special!" she captioned the post.
