The couple appeared at the George Zajfen Tennis Tournament, held at the Los Angeles Tennis Club. The event honored the memory of George Zajfen, who passed away in 2022 at just nine years old.
George was the son of Kelly McKee Zajfen, a longtime friend of Meghan's. His death, caused by complications from COVID-19 and viral meningitis, deeply affected those close to the family.

As Kelly spoke to the crowd, Meghan appeared visibly emotional. A video shared on social media captured the Duchess wiping her eyes while listening to the tribute. She stood quietly in a white sleeveless dress, and Prince Harry, who was just behind her, wore a white polo and black slacks.
The moment drew heartfelt reactions online. "I can only imagine how this must feel," one fan wrote. "Very touching to see the love and care she has for her friend and her son."
Another comment read, "Meghan is such a phenomenal woman and true friend. PH is such a great husband. I can only imagine the pain the Zajfen family has endured. I pray that the family continues to heal as Georgie watches over them." A third simply said, "Beautiful souls."
