For the outing, Moore paired a draped ivory satin blouse with a sleek black leather mini skirt. She completed the look with sheer black tights and pointed black heels, wearing her hair down with a sleek center part.

The event took place weeks ago, but it seems Moore's changed appearance has only recently sparked buzz. Some fans speculated she may have had cosmetic work done, while others accused her of using a weight-loss drug.
