Barron Trump Reportedly Shuts Down Entire Trump Tower Floor for a Date

The First Son of the United States reserved an entire floor of the New York-based business center — though not for the reasons some might expect. The news comes after his recent relocation to Washington, D.C.

Barron Trump recently enjoyed a date — and it appears he went all out. The youngest son of President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump hosted the romantic meet-up at his father’s Trump Tower in New York City.

Sources who spoke to Page Six revealed that he reserved an entire floor of the building that evening. However, while the choice of Trump Tower might seem like a grand romantic gesture, insiders say it was strictly for security reasons.

The news of the date follows a New York Post report that Barron had relocated to the White House to continue his studies at New York University’s Washington, D.C. campus. He had previously spent his freshman year at the university’s main Greenwich Village campus.

During his time at Greenwich Village, the 19-year-old — who is pursuing business studies at NYU’s Stern School of Business — was no stranger to attention. “He’s tall and awkward, but he was the thing, the guy. He had a lot of girls running after him,” a fellow student said.

Last December, another insider told PEOPLE, "He’s at Stern so he’s studying business in some way. He’s a ladies man for sure. He’s really popular with the ladies. He’s tall and handsome. A lot of people seem to think he’s pretty attractive — yes, even liberal people like him.”
