Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, turned heads in Manhattan, New York City, with her companion, Keoni Rose. Netizens who saw the 19-year-old's photos online noticed that she sported another bold accessory.

As seen on Quem and Backgrid USA's Instagram page on September 19, 2025, Shiloh has her blonde hair pulled back and sports a black hoodie paired with dark pants. She has a subtle piercing under her mouth, giving her a casual yet edgy look.
Netizens shared mixed reactions under Backgrid USA's Instagram post. "A mouth piercing!!!!!!!" someone else wrote in disbelief. A second quickly chimed in, "So what? She is 19, an adult, she can do and pierce whatever she wants. 😊 It suits her, too."
