Melania Trump Stuns in Shoulder-Baring Gown at UK State Banquet

The First Lady of the United States dazzled at the royal affair as she accompanied her husband to the United Kingdom for his second state visit since his first presidential term.

First Lady Melania and her husband, President Donald Trump, attended the State Banquet hosted by King Charles III and members of the Royal Family at Windsor Castle on Wednesday evening, September 17, 2025.

The distinguished event was held as part of Trump’s state visit in the U.K., marking the second time he has made such a visit, the first being during his presidency in 2019. The president and his wife were dressed to the nines for the special occasion.

Melania stood out in a striking floor-length, off-the-shoulder gown in a vibrant golden-yellow hue. The fitted design featured long sleeves and a straight neckline, with a bold lavender belt cinched at the waist.

She completed her look with statement drop earrings adorned with large green gemstones and wore her hair in soft, center-parted waves.

Beside her, Trump opted for a traditional white-tie look, wearing a classic black tailcoat paired with matching trousers, a crisp white dress shirt, a white waistcoat, and a white bow tie. The ensemble was completed with polished black patent leather shoes.

The couple arrived at the banquet accompanied by King Charles and his wife, Queen Camilla, and soon joined other members of the Royal Family and U.S. delegates.
